Please give us your 4 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER. If you do not have your order number, please give us the FULL NAME OR ADDRESS you put down on your order. We strive to answer customer emails within 24 hours or faster.

Return & Refunds

Customers who contact us via email to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order will be offered a full refund unconditionally.

Customers who contact us within 12-24 hours of placing an order, we regret that due to the product already being in production, we are only able to offer you a 20% refund and continue with production shipment.

Any requests for order cancellation or change of information beyond 24 hours, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate as your product has already entered the production process and is nearing completion of production.

If you have any quality issues after receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer a replacement or refund.

Once you place an order on our website, you are by default considered to agree to the above refund policy.

Please Note: 

Customized products cannot be refunded, and refunds not arising from the quality of goods cannot be refunded for shipping costs.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you would like to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order and we will produce a full refund. Due to the fact that all items are handmade to order, we don't accept cancellations or changes after 12 hours for any reason. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us in 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
